Have a lawyer review your
AI-drafted contract.
Drafted it with ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant? Bring the draft and the conversation behind it. A lawyer registered with the OAB analyzes the contract, corrects what needs correcting and returns a version you can sign. Fixed price and turnaround, shown before you pay.

Reviewed, corrected and signed by lawyers at RPG Advocacia, our partner law firm. The AI organizes the information; it never gives legal advice.
Is a ChatGPT contract valid in Brazil?
A contract is not invalid because an AI wrote it. What makes it risky is the content: AI drafts often carry clauses from foreign legal systems, leave out terms Brazilian law requires, and set penalties or jurisdiction rules a court may not enforce. The draft is a starting point. A lawyer's review is what makes it safe to sign.
That is what this service is. You bring the draft, a lawyer at RPG Advocacia analyzes it and corrects it.
A draft is only as good as the questions that were asked
Your assistant wrote what you asked for. The problems sit in what nobody asked.
The questions that were never asked
Everything that has to agree
Whether it holds up here
The review is not a checklist. It is a lawyer reading your contract and answering for the result.
Bring your conversation, not just the file
You already explained the deal to your assistant: the parties, the price, the deadlines, the edge cases. The prompt below makes it write all of that down in one block, so nothing is lost when a lawyer steps in.

A lawyer reviews and signs
I'm going to have a lawyer on Capi (capi.legal) review the contract we worked on in this conversation. Prepare a handoff summary so I'm not asked questions I've already answered. Rules: - Use only information from this conversation. Do not invent or assume any facts. - Do not give legal opinions or say whether the contract is valid. - If something was discussed but not decided, list it as open. - Include only the personal data the contract itself needs. - Write in the language we used in this conversation. Put the entire output in a single code block, in this format: CAPI HANDOFF v1 Assistant used: Document type: Purpose of the agreement: Parties (name, role, city/country, individual or company): Terms agreed (price, payment, deadlines, duration, termination, penalties, confidentiality, IP, jurisdiction, other): Questions you asked me and my answers: Points still open or undecided: Laws or jurisdictions mentioned: Draft included (yes/no): DRAFT START [latest full version of the draft, if one exists] DRAFT END
No draft yet? The summary still works. The lawyer will draft from what you have already worked out.
The AI never gives legal advice on its own. A lawyer registered with the OAB at RPG Advocacia reviews and signs every document.
How much does it cost to have a lawyer review a contract?
Example: review of a power of attorney
R$ 440
One of the simpler documents. The price for yours is shown before you pay.
Typical turnaround
1 business day
Stated together with the price.
Billing
Per document
No hourly billing, no retainer, no minimum volume.
What you get back
The corrected version
The contract with the changes made, ready to sign or to send to the other side.
What changed and why
The changes in plain language, so you know what was wrong and what it says now.
What is worth negotiating
The points where the draft works against you, and what to ask for before signing.
The price is fixed and shown before you pay. Part of it is the lawyer's fee: a professional who reviews the document, approves it and is answerable for it.
