No, and it is worth saying plainly so you don't waste your time. We act for the company, on the employer side. If you are looking for your own termination paperwork, your TRCT or the amounts you are owed, your employer has to issue it and your union or a lawyer acting for employees is the right place to go.

Is a PJ contract safe?

It depends on the relationship, not on the document. Brazilian labour courts look at what actually happens: whether there is subordination, whether the person has to do the work personally, whether there are set hours, whether it is habitual. If those are present, a court can recognise an employment relationship regardless of what the contract says, with everything that follows, backdated.

What a properly drafted agreement does is describe a genuine arrangement accurately and avoid the clauses that read as employment. That is a real difference, and it is not what a downloaded template does.

What does the lawyer do, and what does the AI do?

The AI handles speed. It asks everything it needs, structures the case, prepares the draft, and tells you the price and the deadline up front. It does not give legal opinions.

The lawyer does the legal work: reviews the draft, changes what needs changing, approves it, and takes professional responsibility for what you receive. Every document goes through both, and the review is not something you have to ask for.

How long can a probationary contract run?

Ninety days in total, under Art. 445 of the CLT, and it can be extended only once inside that window. If it runs past 90 days, it becomes an indefinite contract automatically, and terminating it then costs what terminating a permanent contract costs. The dates and the single extension are the whole thing, and they are what we get right.

How much does an employment document cost?

A fixed price per document, agreed before any work starts. You describe what you need, you get the price and the turnaround, and you decide whether to go ahead. No subscription and no hourly billing, and the price does not change after you approve it.

It costs considerably less than putting the same document through a traditional firm, because the AI does the preparation. It is not software pricing, though. Part of what you pay is a licensed lawyer's fee, for a professional who reviews the document, approves it and is answerable for it. That is the part we are not willing to cut.

Do you handle labour claims and hearings?

What we do here is the documents: contracts, amendments, terminations, agreements, policies. Most of them exist precisely to keep a claim from happening, and a termination that is documented properly is the cheapest defence there is.

If there is already a claim against the company, tell us in the chat and we will say straight away whether it is something we can take on or something that needs a firm handling the litigation.

Can you review a contract we already use?

Yes, and with a contract your company issues repeatedly it is usually the highest-value thing to do. Send the template you use for new hires or for contractors and you get back what it commits the company to, what is missing, and what would not survive scrutiny. Priced and scheduled the same way as a new document.

Tell us. Within reason we revise until it is right, the same way a traditional firm would if there were an objective gap or inconsistency. That is part of the fixed price, not a new job.
